摘 要:目的:比较研究可吸收棒与微型钢板内固定治疗MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果。方法:2011年1月至2014年1月共收治45例成人MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折,23例行可吸收棒内固定术(Ⅰ组),22例行微型钢板内固定术(Ⅱ组)。术后石膏固定3-4周,定期复查X线片,通过随访对两组患者骨性愈合时间、肘关节Broderg-Morrey功能评分、并发症进行比较研究。结果:术后随访1-2年,平均(1.6±0.2)年,骨折均愈合。Ⅰ组(13.860±2.125)周,Ⅱ组(15.060±2.218)周,骨性愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。末次Broderg和Morrey肘关节功能评分:Ⅰ组中很好18例,好4例,一般1例,差0例;Ⅱ组中很好15例,好5例,一般2例,差0例(P〉0.05);两组均未出现并发症。结论:与微型钢板内固定相比,可吸收棒内固定治疗成人MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折可获得相似的疗效,但避免二次手术取出内固定物且并发症少,因此,在治疗成人MasonⅡ型桡骨小头骨折的内固定物选择上更倾向于可吸收棒。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of absorbable rods and mini plate internal fixation for the treatment of radial head fractures of Mason type-II. Methods:Forty-five cases of Mason type-II radial head fracture were treated from January 2011 to January 2014. Twenty-three cases had internally fixed with absorbable rods(group I), and twenty-two cases with minor plate (group II). All patients were fixated with plaster for 3 to 4 weeks after operation. Regular radiographs were reviewed. The bone healing time,Broberg-Morrey function score, and complications were compared. Results: They were all followed up for 1 to 2 years, 1.6± 0.2 years averagely. There was no significant difference in bone healing time between group I( 13.86 ± 2.125 weeks) and group II ( 15.06 ± 2.218 weeks ) ( P〉0.05 ). The Broberg- Morrey elbow function score : there were 18 cases with well, 4 cases with good,1 case with general,and no case with poor in group I,and 15 cases with well,5 cases with good,2 case with general, and no case with poor in group II(P〉0.05). There were no complications in the two groups. Conclusion:Therapeutic effects between absorbable rod and minor plate for adult patients Mason type-II radial head fracture are similar. However, absorbable rod for adult patients Mason type-II radial head fracture can avoid the second operation for removal of the implant, therefore, we recom- mend absorbable rod in the choice of internal fixation materials.
