摘 要:目的:探讨呼出气一氧化氮(fraction of exhaled nitric oxide,Fe NO)和呼出气冷凝液(exhaled breath condensate,EBC)中白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)病情评估中的意义。方法:选择81例COPD急性加重期到COPD稳定期患者作为观察组,78例健康者为对照组,比较两组肺功能,Fe NO水平和EBC中的IL-8的水平。结果:观察组中COPD急性加重期Fe NO、IL-8水平均高于稳定期(P<0.05);COPD稳定期Fe NO、IL-8水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Fe NO、IL-8水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);相关分析发现Fe NO与IL-8呈正相关。结论:Fe NO、EBC中的IL-8可能在COPD的发生及发展过程中起到重要作用,可能成为反映COPD患者病情严重程度的指标。Objective: To discuss the significance of fraction of exhaled nitric oxide( Fe NO) and interleukin-8( IL-8) in exhaled breath condensate in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods: 81 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD and stable COPD were selected as observation group,and 78 healthy individuals were as control,with pulmonary function,levels of Fe NO and IL-8 in exhaled breath condensate between the two groups compared. Result: Levels of Fe NO and IL-8 in acute exacerbation of COPD of observation group were higher than those in stable COPD of the same group( P〈0. 05). Levels of Fe NO and IL-8 of stable COPD were higher than those of control group( P〈0. 05),and levels of Fe NO and IL-8 in observation group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Correlation analysis showed Fe NO and IL-8 correlated positively. Conclusion: Fe NO and IL-8 may play an important role in the development of COPD and may become an index reflecting the severity condition of patients with COPD.
