止痛一洗灵洗剂配合理疗治疗腱病1000例疗效

摘　　要：目的：观察自制中药止痛一洗灵外用配合理疗治疗腱病的临床疗效。方法：选取2006年1月至2016年3月收治的腱病患者1 000例为研究对象,给予止痛一洗灵配合理疗,观察治疗后患者的病情改善情况。结果：经过1~3个疗程的治疗,治愈532例（53.2%）,好转369例（36.9%）,无效99例（9.9%）,总有效率为90.0%。有效患者随访5个月,未见复发患者。结论：止痛一洗灵洗剂配合理疗是一种治疗腱病的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine named pain-relieving lotion and physiotherapy on tendon diseases. Methods： 1 000 patients with tendon diseases treated by pain relieving lotion combined with physiotherapy from January 2006 to March 2016 were chosen as research objective,and the clinical effect was observed. Results： After treatment for 1 ~ 3course,the cases in recovery,getting better and ineffectiveness were 532（ 53. 2 %）,369（ 36. 9 %） and 99（ 9. 9 %）,respectively,and the total effective rate reached to 90 %. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine named pain-relieving lotion combined with physiotherapy could serve as a promising method for the treatment of tendon disease.
