摘 要:目的:探讨重症加强护理病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护理监测中所使用的集束化综合预防措施干涉体系对呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)干预的有效性。方法:将ICU收治的112例行机械通气治疗超过48 h的患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例,观察组采用集束化干预体系,对照组采用常规临床护理,比较两组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率及医院感染率。结果:观察组患者耐药菌感染率、VAP、平均住院天数、死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05),胸部X线检查好转率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化干涉体系能有效、针对性地干预VAP,并且能最大程度地降低机械通气患者发生肺部感染的机会。Objective: To study the effect of bundle comprehensive nursing measures on ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU monitoring patients. Methods: 112 patients treated with mechanical ventilation in ICU more than 48 h,were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,56 cases in each group. The intervention group underwent bundle comprehensive nursing intervention system and the control group was given conventional care. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and the hospital infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The average hospitalization stay,the death rate,the rate of drug-resistant bacteria infection,and incidence of VAP in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). The recovery rate of chest X-ray was higher than that of the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention is effectively targeted for VAP,which can minimize the chance of lung infection in patients with mechanical ventilation.
