腹腔镜下无张力修补治疗腰疝3例报告

摘　　要：本文报道我科2013年10月-2015年5月采用完全腹腔镜下无张力修补治疗3例腰疝。首先,还纳疝内容物,然后关闭缺损,再使用钉枪将防粘连补片固定在缺损及周围区域。手术时间分别为85、60、70 min,出血量分别为15、10、25 ml。术后住院时间分别为5、4、6 d。术后分别随访6、18、26个月,2例出现术区疼痛,均在3个月内缓解,无复发。我们认为腹腔镜下无张力腹腔内修补治疗腰疝简便、可行。The paper reported 3 cases of lumbar hernia treated by laparoscopic tension-free repair between October 2013 and May 2015 in our hospital. During the operation,we returned the herniary content,closed defect of abdominal,and then fixed a mesh around the margins of the hernia defect by helical tack. All the operations were successfully performed. The operative time was 85,60,and 70 min,respectively. The intraoperative blood loss was 15,10,and 25 ml,respectively. The postoperative hospital stay was 5,4,and 6 d,respectively. The follow-up time was 6,18,and 26 months,respectively. During the follow-ups,two patients had postoperative pain and returned to unrestricted movement within 3 months after surgery. No recurrence was observed. We deem that for patients with lumbar hernia laparoscopic tension-free repair is simple and feasible.
