摘  要:通过实验室小试确定采用共沸蒸馏法脱除酸性氯化液中HCl的可行性,优选出最佳运行温度为80℃、真空度为60~70kPa。工业化分离设备选用填料塔,填料为陶瓷波纹填料,可以将氯化液中的酸质量浓度由0.2~0.5g/L降至0~0.01g/L。按照16万t/a氯化苯产能计算,可节约成本140万元/a。The feasibility of removing hydrogen chloride by azeotropic distillation from acidic chlorina- ted solution was determined by laboratory experiment. The selected best operating temperature was 80 ℃, vacuum degree 60 - 70 kPa. Packed tower with ceramic corrugated packing was selected as industrial separation equipment. The acid mass concentration in chlorinated solution reduced from 0.2 - 0. 5 g/L to 0 -0.01 g/L. The cost can be saved by 1.4 million RMB/a for a 160-kt/a chlorobenzene facility.
