摘　　要：目的探讨左西孟旦在心力衰竭近期疗效及微血管损伤修复中的作用。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月河北工程大学附属医院收治的80例心力衰竭患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规的抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用左西孟旦。观察两组治疗前及治疗24 h后血压、心肌肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)、左室射血分数(LEVF)、氨基末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的变化,并比较疗效。结果治疗24 h后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、c Tn T、NT-pro BNP水平均低于对照组(P<0.01);LVEF水平、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭近期效果显著,可通过修复微血管损伤而改善心功能。Objective To investigate effects of Levosimendan on short-term therapeutic effectiveness and repair of microvascular injury in treatment of patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with heart failure during February 2015 and February 2016 were divided into observation group（n = 40） and control group（n = 40） by random table method.The control group was given conventional treatment for anti-heart failure,while the observation group was added with Levosimendan on the basis of treatment for control group.Changes of blood pressure,cardiac troponin T（c Tn T）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide（NT pro BNP） were compared before and after treatment for 24 h,and curative effect was also compared in two groups.Results After treatment for 24 h,in observation group,levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and c Tn T and NT-pro BNP levels were lower（P〈0.01）; LVEF level and the total effective rate were higher compared with those in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Levosimendan in treatment of patients with heart failure can achieve good short-term therapeutic effectiveness by repairing microvascular injury and improve heart function.
