摘　　要：我国面临着严重的医养分离问题,致使老年人的医疗卫生与长期照护需求的满足限制重重。文章从我国医疗卫生体系与长期照护体系建设现状出发,梳理相关政策,系统总结各类服务机构的服务内容与功能定位,剖析并明确医养分离问题的现状及社会影响,力争为我国医养整合体系的建设提供科学依据。Our country is facing a serious problem of the separation between health care and long-term care,leading to the difficulty of providing health care and long-term care services centered on the elderly＇s needs. This paper analyzed the present situation on the health care system and long-term care system in China,combed the relevant policies,and comprehensively summarized service contents and functions of various health care facilities. It identified the current situation and social influence of the problem of the separation between health care system,and long-term care system and attempted to provide scientific basis for the establishment of the system integrating health care and long-term care in China.
