摘　　要：为应对老龄化,满足老年人的多层次需求,发达国家如日本、澳大利亚已建立起较为完善的医养整合体系,为我国提供了经验与参考。文章系统分析了发达国家与地区医养整合体系的建设历程、发展现状,总结归纳体系建设在体系框架、长期照护保险制度、服务内容、统一需求评估、人才培养等多方面的成功经验,挖掘体系优化的策略导向,助力我国医养整合体系的建设。To answer to aging and meet the multi-level demands of the elderly,developed countries such as Japan and Australia had established their systems integrating health care and long-term care. This paper analyzed the process and status on the integrated systems in the developed countries and regions,summarized the successful experience on the system framework,long-term care insurance system,service contents,unified needs assessment,medical staff training and other aspects,and formulated strategic guidance for system optimization aiming to support the establishment of the integrated system in China.
