摘　　要：医院基本建设总体规划为医院搭建建筑的骨架和经络。文章依据实例,介绍了某医院精心编制、有效实施建设规划的实践,具体讲述医院基本建设规划如何制定,分析了规划需分步实施的原因,并对实施中的难点做了总结,以供同行借鉴。The overall planning of hospital basic construction provided the foundation and channels for hospital development. The article introduced the successful experience of practice in the area of well-established and effective implementation of construction planning in one hospital. It specifically explained how the hospital construction planning was formulated,analyzed the reasons why the planning needed to be implemented step by step,and summarized the difficulties in the actual implementation,which could be the reference for the peer hospitals.
