摘　　要：目的 :通过测算广东省某市乡镇卫生院中医科2010—2014年服务提供效率,评价广东省基层中医服务发展过程中的效率变化和存在的问题。方法 :调查广东省某县级市17个乡镇卫生院中医科基本情况,选取投入产出指标,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对中医服务提供效率进行计算。结果 :多数乡镇卫生院达到DEA有效,服务技术的发展对中医服务效率与生产率的变化起到了主导作用。结论 :乡镇卫生院在发展中医科的过程中,需要根据自身情况合理投入,调整服务结构,发展服务技术。政府部门应当促进先进技术的推广,科学规划中医服务的发展。Objective ：To calculate TCM service efficiency of 17 township hospitals in a county,Guangdong Province from 2010 to 2014,the paper aimed at evaluating efficiency change and its problems during the development of basic TCM services in Guangdong Province. Methods ：The basic situation of TCM department in 17 township hospitals in Guangdong Province was investigated. The input and output indicators were selected. Data envelopment analysis（DEA） was used to calculate the efficiency of TCM services. Results ：Most township hospitals were DEA efficient,and the development of service technology played a leading role in the change of service efficiency and productivity of TCM. Conclusion ：It is suggested that township hospitals adjust the reasonable investment of service structure and the development of technical services according to one＇s situation in the development of TCM. It is also proposed that government departments promote advanced technology and make scientific planning of TCM services development.
