摘　　要：通过回顾20世纪80年代至今捆绑支付在美国的发展、4类捆绑支付的主要模式及具体内容,分析捆绑支付对医疗服务提供方、需方(患者)以及医疗保险方的作用机制及其优点与局限性,并总结实施捆绑支付的必要条件,从短期和长期两个不同角度为我国医疗支付方式改革提供借鉴。This research reviewed the history and development of bundled payment method in the United States from 1980 s and the main contents of the four models of bundled payment. Mechanism of bundled payment on health services providers,patients and insurance schemes has been analyzed and its advantages and limitations have been summarized. Additionally,the preconditions of implementing bundled payment have been raised so as to provide reference for the payment reform of health care in China from short-term and long-term perspectives.
