摘  要:采用环境测试舱、2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化小柱采样、HPLC分析联用技术,建立地毯中15种醛酮化合物释放量的分析方法。通过对2,4-二硝基苯肼采样管采样条件、HPLC工作条件、检出限、标准曲线、数据稳定性的研究,获得了15种醛酮外标法标准曲线、检出限、回收率数据。标准曲线的线性范围≥10^3、γ2^≥0.9998、RSD≤5.0%(n=5),回收率范围为86.32%~102.28%,精密度2.07%~6.43%。当采样量为10 L时,检出限为0.01~0.13μg/m^3。将该方法用于多种市售地毯的醛酮类化合物测试,发现地毯释放醛酮有机物的种类分布与其底层材料具有较大关联:沥青底胶层的方块地毯释放出较多的甲醛和乙醛,黄麻背衬地毯和聚酯背衬地毯释放出较多的甲醛、乙醛、丁醛和已醛,而薄层聚丙烯背衬地毯则没有释放醛酮有机物。The 15 kinds of aldehyde(ketone) compounds in carpet are determined using environmental test chamber and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) coupled with 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH) derivatization. The external standard method standard curve,detection limit and recovery data are obtained based on the research of 2,4- Dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatization sampling condition, HPLC work condition, detection limit, standard curve and data stability analysis. The results show that the linear range are more than 10^3, the γ^2 above 0.9998, the RSD less than 5.0%(n = 5), the recovery range 86.32% ~102.28% and the precision 2.07%~6.43%.The detection limit would be 0.01~0.13 μg/m^3 when the sampling volume is 10 L. Test results of various carpet samples show that, much formaldehyde and acetaldehyde are observed over square carpets with asphalt backing, and much formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, butyraldehyde and hexanal over those carpets with yellow hessian- based backing or polyester backing, and none of aldehyde and ketone compounds over those with thin polypropylene backing.
