摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)共聚物水凝胶分子链为基础,引入亲水性更强的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)合成N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯共聚物新材料。在m(NVP)∶m(HEMA)=10∶9,紫外光源距离3.0 cm,安息香乙醚1.2%的条件下合成了N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯共聚物新材料,其含水率68%~69%,透光率97%~98%,p H值7.09~7.29,抗张强度916~920 Pa,性能优良,是一种较好的角膜接触镜材料。Based on the molecular chain of the copolymer of hydroxylethyl methacrylate, a new type of N- vinyl pyrrolidone / hydroxylethyl methacrylate copolymer was synthesized by introducing hydrophilic N- vinyl pyrrolidone. The new material from N- vinyl pyrrolidone / β- hydroxylethyl methacrylate copolymer was synthesised under the conditions as follows: m(NVP)∶m(HEMA) = 10∶9, UV light source distance 3.0cm, benzoin ethyl ether 1.2%. As the result, the moisture content was69% ~68%, light transmittance was 98% ~97%, p H was 7.09~7.29, and the tensile strength was920~916Pa. It is a good corneal contact lens material with excellent performance.
