摘  要:目的 探讨神经外科护理绩效管理的实施及价值。方法 我院神经外科于2015年1~12月实施护理绩效管理,而在2014年1~12月未实施护理绩效管理,护理绩效管理包括护理工作量、岗位层级、患者满意度、护理工作质量等。比较实施前后的业务能力、护理质量指标与患者满意度评分。结果 护理人员绩效护理管理后的业务能力评分与护理质量评分高于绩效护理管理前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。护理人员绩效护理管理后的护理满意度评分为(97.36±2.36)分,高于绩效管理前的(88.36±3.98)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.3972,P=0.0000)。结论 我院神经外科采用护理绩效管理方案有利于提升护理管理工作,能够有效调动护理人员的工作热情,发挥其创造力与主动性,进而提高自身素质、业务能力、护理质量以及患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the neurosurgery nursing implementation of performance management and value of research.Methods Nursing performance management was implemented in our hospital from January to December in 2015,and nursing performance management was not implemented from January to December in 2014.Nursing performance management included nursing workload,job level,patient satisfaction,quality of nursing work,etc..Business ability,quality of care and patient satisfaction scores were compared before and after the implementation.Results The business ability score and nursing quality score of nursing staff after performance nursing management was higher than that before the nursing performance management,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of nursing staff after performance nursing management was(97.36±2.36) points,which was higher than(88.36±3.98) points before the performance management,with significant difference(t=17.3972,P=0.0000).Conclusion The performance management system of nursing in the department of neurosurgery of our hospital can enhance nursing management,effectively mobilize nurses′ working enthusiasm,exert their creativity and initiative,and which can improve their own quality,professional ability,nursing quality and patient satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
