综合护理干预对长程视频脑电图监测质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预在提高长程视频脑电图监测患者舒适水平中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年6月～2016年6月在我院就诊的发作性疾病128例进行研究,随机分组,对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者进行综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理不良事件、睁闭眼试验、过度换气试验成功率与护理舒适度。结果 观察组患者电极松动3.13%、导联脱落1.56%、电线损坏发生率为1.56%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者睁闭眼试验、过度换气试验成功率与检查过程中的护理满意情况比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对长程视频脑电图监测患者进行系统的评估和综合护理干预不仅有助于提高长程视频脑电图监测患者的舒适水平,且有助于降低不良事件发生率、提高检查成功率,值得推广。Objective To explore the application and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the analysis of video EEG monitoring in patients with comfort level.Methods 128 cases of paroxysmal diseases from June2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and were randomed allccation,the control group patients were given routine nursing,the observation group were received comprehensive nursing intervention,nursing adverse events,eyes test,hyperventilation test success rate and nursing comfort of two groups were compared.Results The electrode loose of observation group was 3.13%,lead off was 1.56%,wire damage rate was 1.56%,compared with the control group,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）;the eyes test,nursing satisfaction hyperventilation test success rate and inspection process of ratio were compared with the control group,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The long term video EEG monitoring in patients with systematic evaluation and comprehensive nursing intervention can not only help improve the comfort level of patients with long range video EEG monitoring,but also help to reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the success rate of the examination, is worth promoting.
