从中共早期多名成员脱党看党组织的自身建设

摘　　要：中共早期多名成员脱党,不仅有当时客观社会环境及脱党者个人主观思想方面的原因,还在于党自身在组织建设方面存在的问题:一是党内民主机制建设不健全,以致封建专制主义严重;二是党的思想理论建设不足,导致各种非无产阶级思想盛行;三是党的组织文化建设薄弱,致使党员组织观念淡薄等。研究中共早期多名成员脱党的组织原因,不仅可了解中国共产党党组织建设的历史进程,而且可为当前党的先进性建设以及中国特色社会主义建设提供借鉴。Many people defected from the Party in the early stage of the Communist Party of China,apart from the reason of the objective social environment and the individual＇s personal subjective thought,the self-construction of the organization also existed problems.Firstly,the democratic mechanism construction of the Party is not sound,which caused serious feudal absolutism.Secondly,the ideological theory construction of the Party is insufficient,which lead to various non-proletariat thought.Thirdly,the culture construction of the Party＇s organization is weak,which lead to a weak organization concept for the Party members.The research of these reasons can not only understand the historical process of the organizational building of the Communist Party of China,but also provide reference for Party＇s progressiveness construction and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
