摘  要:目的观察七氟烷后处理对大鼠缺血/再灌注心肌的心肌酶及心肌结构的影响,并评价七氟烷对大鼠心肌的保护作用。方法将30只健康大鼠随机平均分为三组:假手术组(S组)、缺血再灌注组(I/R组)、七氟烷后处理组(Spo组)。S组丝线穿过左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)不阻断血流观察150 min;I/R组阻断血流30 min再灌注120 min;Spo组于再灌注前1 min吸入2.5%七氟烷5 min,其余同I/R组。于再灌注120 min结束后检测三组的血清CK-MB的含量,测定心肌梗死面积,取心肌组织进行透射电镜观察。结果 Spo组的CK-MB含量和心肌梗死面积显著少于I/R组(P<0.05)。结论七氟烷后处理有效地减少了心肌酶漏出,减少梗死面积和细胞器损伤,对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌有较好的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of sevoflurane postconditioning for myocardial enzymes of ischemia reperfusion myocardium and the myocardial structure in rats, and to evaluate the protective effect of sevoflurane against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods 30 healthy rats were randomly divided into three groups equally: sham operation group (group S), ischemia-reperfusion group (group I/R), sevoflurane postconditioning group (group Spo). In group S, the silk threaded through the left anterior descending (LAD) artery, without blocking the blood flow for 150 rain. In group I/R, LAD was occluded for 30 min and released for 120 rain. Group Spo was given 5-rain inhalation of 2.5% sevoflurane 1 min before reperfusion, the other procedures were the same as group I/R. 120 min after reperfusion, the content of CK-MB of three groups and myocardial infarct size were dectected, and the myocardial tissue was taken and observed with transmission electron microscopy. Results The content of CK-MB and myocardial infarct size of group Spo were significantly less than those of group I/R (both P 〈0.05). Conclusions Sevoflurane postconditioning can effectively reduce leakage of myocardial enzymes, infarct size and cytoplasmic organelle damage, and has better protection for myocardium of ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.
