可吸收螺钉在小儿肱骨外髁骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察可吸收螺钉治疗小儿肱骨外髁骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的82例肱骨外髁骨折患儿,按照患儿骨折间隙分为观察组与对照组。对照组予以克氏针内固定术进行治疗,观察组予以可吸收螺钉内固定术进行治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后骨折愈合情况和肢体功能评分情况。结果观察组的骨折愈合率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);观察组的骨折平均愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项肢体功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肱骨外髁骨折患儿采用可吸收螺钉内固定术进行治疗,能够明显提升患儿骨折愈合率,缩短骨折愈合时间,促进患儿肢体功能的恢复,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of absorbable screws in the treatment of pediatric humerus lateral condyle fracture. Methods 82 cases of children with humerus lateral condyle fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the fracture gaps. The control group received Kirschner wire fixation, while the observation group received absorbable screws fixation. The fracture healing and limbs function score of children were compared between two groups after the treatment. Results The fracture healing rate of observation group was 97.62%, significantly higher than 85.00% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The average fracture healing time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The limbs function score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The absorbable acrews in the treatment of children with humerus lateral condyle fracture can improve the fracture healing rate, shorten the fracture healing time and promote the recovery of limbs function, which is worthy of application and promotion.
