摘 要:目的探讨与分析血清促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平与多囊卵巢综合征的关系。方法选取我院2014年9月至2016年6月期间收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者352例作为疾病组,同期选取166例体检中心的健康妇女作为健康组,采用化学发光法检测两组的LH、E2和FSH水平,采用Logistic回归分析法分析其与多囊卵巢综合征的关系。结果疾病组的血清E2、LH水平明显高于健康组,FSH水平则明显低于健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,E2、LH和FSH异常是多囊卵巢综合征发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清E2、LH和FSH水平异常与多囊卵巢综合征的发生有关,是其独立危险因素。Objective To explore and analyze the relationship of levels of serum luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 352 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to June 2016 were selected as disease group, at the same time, 166 cases of healthy women from medical examination center were selected as health group. The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of LH, E2 and FSH of two groups. The logistics regression was used to analyze the relationship between the above indicators and polycystic ovary syndrome. Results The levels of serum E2 and LH of disease group was significantly higher than those of health group, and the FSH was significantly lower, with statistical differences (P 〈0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the abnormity of E2, LH and FSH were independent risk factors for the development of polycystic ovary syndrome (P〈0.05). Conclusions The abnormity of levels of serum E2, LH and FSH was associated with the development ofpolycystic ovary syndrome, which is the independent risk factors.
