急诊临床护理路径在脑梗死介入溶栓患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊临床护理路径在脑梗死介入溶栓患者中的应用。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月我院收治的脑梗死并介入溶栓治疗的患者122例,随机分为两组各61例。对照组行常规护理,实验组行急诊临床护理路径护理。比较分析两组患者的转诊时间、住院时间、健康知识掌握程度、焦虑心理、依从性、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果实验组的转诊时间和住院时间显著低于对照组,健康知识掌握程度显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);实验组的依从性和护理满意度显著高于对照组,焦虑心理较重的患者显著少于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗15 d后,实验组的Barthel指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死介入溶栓患者行急诊临床护理路径护理,临床效果显著,患者满意度较高,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the application of emergency clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral infarction undergoing thrombolysis. Methods 122 cases of patients with cerebral infarction undergoing thrombolysis in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 61 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received emergency clinical nursing. The referral time, hospitalization time, understanding level to health knowledge, anxiety, compliance, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The referral time and hospitalization time of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the understanding level to health knowledge was significantly higher than that of control group （all P 〈0.05）. The compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group, and the patients with heavier anxiety were significantly lessr than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. After 15 days of treatment, the Barthel index of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The emergency clinical nursing pathway for patients with cerebral infarction undergoing thrombolysis has significant effect and higher satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical application.
