围术期心理及认知行为护理干预对肾穿刺患者不良情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期心理及认知行为护理干预对肾穿刺患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取我院行肾穿刺住院患者74例,常规组为2015年5月前入组,干预组为2015年5月后入组。常规组采取常规护理,干预组在此基础上采取心理护理和认知功能护理。采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定两组患者术前不良情绪,并比较两组患者术后并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果干预组患者术前HAMA、SDS评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组患者术后排尿困难、腰痛及失眠发生率均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组患者的护理满意度为94.59%,显著高于常规组的72.97%(P<0.05)。结论围术期心理及认知行为护理干预可减轻肾穿刺患者术前不良情绪,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative psychology and cognitive behavior nursing intervention on negative emotions of patients with renal biopsy. Methods 74 cases of inpatients with renal biopsy admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into conventional group （before May 2015） and intervention group （after May 2015）. The conventional group received conventional nursing, while the intervention group received psychology and cognitive behavior nursing intervention on this basis. The HAMA scale and SDS scale were use to evaluate the preoperative negative emotions of patients in two groups. The incidences of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compare between two groups. Results Before surgery, the scores of HAMA and SDS of intervention group were significantly lower than those of conventional group （P 〈0.05）. The incidences of dysuria, low back pain and insomnia of intervention group were significantly lower than those of conventional group （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of intervention group was 94.59%, significantly higher than 72.97% of conventional group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Perioperative psychology and cognitive behavior nursing intervention can reduce preoperative negative emotions of patients with renal biopsy and incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
