160km/h及以上速度等级客运机车制动盘和闸片的开发及试验研究

摘　　要：以HX_D1D型机车为平台,展开对客运机车制动盘和闸片的技术研究,并开发了适合160 km/h及以上速度等级客运电力机车的铸钢制动盘和粉末冶金闸片。经过大量的1:1型式试验验证,其满足相关的技术要求。装车考核结果显示,机车铸钢制动盘和粉末冶金闸片完全满足160 km/h及以上速度等级客运电力机车的实际使用要求。Based on the technical conditions of type HXolD electric locomotive, this paper carries out the technology research on the brake disc and brake pad, and develops the cast steel brake disc and sintered brake pad for 160 km/h and above passenger locomotive. 1：1 type test results show that it meets the technical requirements. The test on the roads concludes that the cast steel brake disc and the sintered brake pad completely meet the requirements of the actual use of 160 km/h and above passenger locomotive.
