摘　　要：本文基于包含劳动力、土地、资本要素在内的生产函数,对2001-2014年度我国31个地区的要素价格的扭曲程度进行了测算。结果发现:劳动力、土地和资本均存在明显的要素价格扭曲现象,其中,土地要素价格的扭曲程度在金融危机后骤增,而资本要素价格的扭曲程度尤为严重。本文在测算了31个地区要素价格扭曲的基础上,进一步地实证分析了要素价格扭曲与产业结构调整之间的关系,研究表明:三种要素价格的扭曲对产业结构调整均为负向作用,同时不利于全要素生产率的提高,是制约我国产业转型升级的重要因素。This paper estimates the degree of factor price distortion in 31 regions of China from 2001 to 2014 by using production function including capital、labor and land factors. The result shows that capital price is highly distorted while land price distortion increases quickly after the financial crisis. Based on the above result, empirical analysis about the effect of factor price distortion on the industrial structure shows that the capital, labor, land price distortions have significant negative effects on industrial structure and TFP. Finally, according to the empirical finding, the paper proposes several corresponding suggestions.
