摘  要:目的通过分析日常血压监测数据,探讨日常血压测量和日常行为干预对个体高血压控制的效果。方法利用腕式电子血压计,采用日常血压测量的监测方式,采集2014年3月30日至2016年5月4日的日常血压数据,并得到非睡眠时间段以及不同季节的家庭血压监测数据。结果测试期间,测试者HBPM的收缩压/舒张压平均值为129/86mm Hg,诊室测量血压比日常测量血压的收缩压/舒张压分别升高4/5mm Hg。非睡眠时间段内的日常血压监测结果,可以近似代替ABPM非睡眠时间段内的监测数据。分析了测试者日常血压随季节的变化情况。结论坚持长期日常血压监测和日常行为干预,能够调动测试者的参与积极性,达到积极的血压控制效果。Objective To investigate the effect of daily blood pressure monitoring and daily behavior intervention on individual hypertension control by analyzing daily blood pressure monitoring data. Methods A wrist electronic blood pressure monitor was used for daily blood pressure monitoring to collect daily blood pressure data from March 30, 2014 to May 4, 2016 and obtain home blood pressure monitoring(HBPM) data during the non-sleeping period in different seasons. Results During the monitoring period, the mean systolic pressure/diastolic pressure in HBPM data was 129/86 mm Hg, and the systolic pressure/diastolic pressure measured at the doctor's office was 4/5 mm Hg higher than that measured daily at home. The daily blood pressure monitoring results during the non-sleeping period were similar to ambulatory blood pressure monitoring data during the non-sleeping period. The seasonal changes in daily blood pressure were analyzed. Conclusion Long-term daily blood pressure monitoring and daily behavior intervention can arouse the enthusiasm of participants and achieve positive blood pressure control.
