摘 要:为了解决某3 450mm生产线中厚板瓢曲浪形缺陷问题,本文应用ANSYS软件对中厚板各种浪形瓢曲缺陷进行了有限元仿真模拟计算,采用温度场对宽度方向上纵向延伸不一致的情况进行了模拟,获得了各种浪形屈曲模态,并与现场实际的板形瓢曲浪形进行了对比,两者符合较好;同时,获得了各种不同浪形的屈曲临界载荷条件和屈曲临界波长,并对中浪和边浪的主要影响因素进行了分析。在有限元仿真计算的基础上对现场的工艺措施进行了改进,调整了机组工作辊辊型和弯辊力使用策略,有效地减少了机组存在的中浪和边浪问题。In order to solve the plate buckling wave problems in a 3 450 mm mill,the different kinds of plate buckling wave defects were simulated with finite element software ANSYS.The condition that temperature field in longitudinal extension is different along width was adopted in simulation,and various buckling wave modes were obtained.After comparing with the plate buckling waves in the practical sites,the similarity was well.The critical load condition and critical buckling wave length of various waves are obtained.And the main factors caused for central wave and edge wave were analyzed.On the basis of finite element simulation,the process measures in the production site were improved,and the using policy of work roll contour and roll bending force were adjusted,effectively reduced the central wave and edge wave problems existed in roll train.
