摘 要:对典型配置的高线全厂能耗进行了计算,主电机电耗计算基于考虑电机效率的算法,其他设备也尽量采用此方法。对能耗计算结果进行了分析,加热炉和主电机是最主要的耗能设备。针对能耗分布情况,分析了全厂的节能措施。对计算得到的车间电耗和部分厂家数据进行了对比,发现计算结果误差较小,与现场数据一致性好。The energy consumption calculation of typical high-speed wire-rod rolling was carried out.The electricity consumption calculation of main motors was carried out while considering the motor efficiency.Electricity consumption calculation of other equipments were also made by using this method.An analysis was obtained from the result of the calculations.Heating furnace and main motors were the main energy consumption equipments.Potential energy saving measures were put forward aiming at energy consumption distribution.A comparison between calculation and practical data from some manufactures was made and the calculation result was in good consistence with practical data.
