摘 要:表面质量是决定冷轧薄板总体质量的重要因素之一。目前,基于机器视觉发展而形成的表面质量在线检测系统已经开始在国内诸多钢厂得到实践应用。本文通过对以线扫描为基础原理的在线表面质量检测系统的分析,详细介绍了该系统的工作原理及多级分类规则的应用,并对检出效果进行了评述。某冷轧公司引入了配备高速摄像头以线扫描方式检测缺陷的表面质量在线检测装置,通过对系统参数进行优化以及应用多级分类检测规则,实现了对20余种常见表面缺陷的检测和判定,并对冷轧薄板表面质量进行全面监控,提高了薄板生产的可控性和生产效率。Surface quality is one of the important factors that determine the overall quality of the cold rolled strip.Now,the surface quality on-line detection system based on machine vision development has begun to be applied in many domestic steel mills.Working principle of the surface quality on-line detection device and the applications of the multi-level classification were introduced in detail.Based on the basic principle analysis of the device,the detection results was reviewed in this paper.Surface quality on-line detection devices was brought into the cold strip rolling line,which could detect surface defects by the equipped high-speed cameras through lin scanning.Through the system paramaters optimization and application of multi-level classification detection rules,more than twenty kinds of common surface defects could be detected and judged,the overall monitoring of surface quality of the cold rolled strip was realized,and the controllability and production efficiency of the cold rolled strip was improved.
