摘　　要：针对现有锅炉给煤机煤闸门工作不佳的状况,提出了一种新的给煤机煤闸门结构方案,以解决现有给煤机煤闸门在运行中存在失步、开关位置指示不准、出口煤闸门不能完全关断并阻止热风反蹿等问题,从而避免给煤机进口煤闸门开关不到位,影响煤流和给煤机皮带被烧毁等一系列事故。实践表明,这些改进取得良好的效果。A new structure scheme of the restrictor in the coal feeder has been put forward in the paper against existing poor coal restrictor of boiler coal feeder so as to solve the problems of existing coal feeder restrictor during the operation such as stepping out.incorrect indication of opening-closing positions; incomplete closing of the restrictor outlet and unable preventing hot air from backflow,etc.and to avoid a series of troubles like unstable coal flow or belt burning of coal feeder because of its incorrect opening-closing positions.The actual situation shows that all these improvements have obtained good results.
