超声生物显微镜与病理检查测量剖腹产后皮肤瘢痕的一致性观察

摘　　要：超声生物显微镜与病理检查测量剖腹产后皮肤瘢痕的一致性观察的研究。选取我院2013年1月-2016年7月期间前来妇产科进行二次剖腹产的100例孕妇作为研究组,使用超声生物显微镜进行检查,同期选择100例孕妇作为对照组,使用传统水囊加普通高频检查。两组患者在年龄、剖腹产相隔时间、体重和停经时间方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组术前使用测量的瘢痕组织厚度分别为（0.41±0.16）mm、（0.42±0.22）mm,术后病理数据分别为（0.43±0.15）mm、（0.46±0.13）,二者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;经病理学检查证实,研究组的测量准确率为92%,明显高于对照组的78%（P〈0.05）。超高频的超声生物显微镜检查提高对剖腹产瘢痕厚度判断的准确性,对于瘢痕厚度的测量、术后瘢痕状态的评估具有重要意义,推动去瘢痕技术的提高,帮助患者追求更完美的治疗结果,也为其他部位皮肤瘢痕定性定量的测量提供可靠的测量方法,值得大力推广。To study the consistency of the observed skin scar after caesarean acoustic microscope and pathological biological measurements.I came to gynecological hospital from January 2013 to July 2016 during a second caesarean section 100 cases of pregnant women as the study group,the use of ultrasound bio-microscope examination.Choose the same period 100 cases of pregnant women as a control group using conventional high-frequency bladders plus regular inspection.The two groups in age,caesarean section separated by time,weight and time of menopause were no differences in terms by comparison（P〉0.05）;scar tissue using the measured thickness preoperative were（0.41±0.16）mm,（0.42±0.22）mm,pathological data were（0.43±0.15）mm,（0.46±0.13）mm,no statistically significant difference between the two（P〉0.05）;confirmed by pathological examination,the measurement accuracy of the study group was significantly higher 92%in 78% of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The ultra-high frequency ultrasound biomicroscopy caesarean scar thickness is determined to improve the accuracy for measuring the thickness of the scar,scar assess the state has an important significance to promote the improvement of scar technique to help patients seek a more perfect treatment the results also provide a reliable measurement methods for other parts of the skin scar qualitative and quantitative measurements,it is worth promoting.
