摘 要:采用有限元法,建立了大方坯凝固传热过程的数学模型。基于射钉试验验证了该模型的正确性。基于该凝固模型,分析了中心固相率与不同定义下凝固率的关系,提出了中心固相率在0~0.2范围内作为末端电磁搅拌的合理位置,适用于所有钢种;而面积凝固率在0.6~0.8范围内作为末端电磁搅拌的合理位置,只适用于高碳特殊钢。工业性生产试验进一步验证了这一观点,并取得了较好的冶金效果。The solidification and heat transfer model validated by pin shooting test was established to predict the temperature field and shell growth of the special steel bloom casting. Based on the model and plant trial,the relationship between the center solid fraction and the overall solidification ratio was analyzed. The solid fraction ranged from 0 to 0.2 was proposed as the F-EMS implemented positions for all steel grades,while the solidification ratio ranged from 0.6 to 0.8 only suitable for high carbon special steel.
