摘　　要：介绍了红钢方坯连铸拉矫机水套存在的问题,其冷却水套的使用寿命直接关系到拉矫机的使用,对铸坯质量和铸机作业率也有较大影响。对水套寿命较低的原因进行了分析,提出了改进措施,开发出了一种满足实际生产要求的新型水套,并取得了成效。The problems existing in water cooling jacket of the withdrawal and straightening machine for billet continuous casting have been introduced in Honghe Steel Co.,Ltd. The service life of the water cooling jacket is directly related to the use of withdrawal and straightening machine,and also have a great impact on the quality of casting billet and casting machine operating rate. Causes to low service life of the water cooling jacket have been analyzed and countermeasures have been put forward. Practical results is obtained through these measures.
