养胃消散汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察养胃消散汤治疗气阴两虚兼气滞血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法对就诊于陕西中医药大学附属医院消化科经胃镜及病理检查确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者进行筛选,将纳入的60例患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。对照组口服果胶铋胶囊,治疗组给予养胃消散汤煎剂治疗,每日1剂,分早晚两次服。结果养胃消散汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎气阴两虚兼气滞血瘀型的总有效率为80%,对照组56.67%。结论养胃消散汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效明显优于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yang Wei Xiao powder in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis which type of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis. Methods Screening for patients who were diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis gastroscopy and pathological examination in the digestive department of Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine. 60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment groups of 30 cases,and the control group of 30 cases. The control group orally takes Bismuth Pectin Capsule,and the treatment group was given nourishing stomach and dissipating decoction,taking a dose twice a day in the morning and evening. Result The total rate of curative effect of nourishing stomach and dissipating decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis which type of qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis is 80%. The control group＇s rate is 56. 67%. Conclusion The Curative effect of nourishing stomach and dissipating decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is significantly better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group.
