摘　　要：不孕症是一种发病率高的临床难治杂病,其病因复杂,以肾为本,然与肝密切相关。病位在肝者,从"肝"角度辨证论治,运用"疏肝解郁""养血柔肝""疏肝清热""清肝扶脾"等治法,可取得较好疗效。Infertility is a miscellaneous disease which has a high morbidity rate. Its etiology is complex. It＇s based on kidney and related to liver closely. If the disease location is in the liver,we should take treatment based on syndrome differentiation from the liver perspective,and apply the treatment of ＂regulating the liver to expel stasis＂,＂nourishing blood and liver＂,＂discharging the liver to clear away heat＂,＂removing heat from the liver to tonify the spleen＂,etc.Then the disease will achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects.
