摘  要:勘探项目管理是现代油气勘探系统工程至关重要的组织保障,不断推进勘探项目管理的规范化、科学化,是提高勘探整体管理水平并进而提高勘探效益的有效手段。本文从勘探项目设置、项目职责界定、项目组织机构与项目考核体系建立、项目管理工作流程及项目与勘探系统现有行政单位之间关系的处理等方面介绍了华北油田独具特色的横向矩阵式、纵向分级目标责任制的勘探项目管理模式,其以前期井位研究为核心的项目管理思路和推行勘探工程实施全程精细化管理的做法对其他勘探成熟区勘探项目管理工作的深化具有重要借鉴意义。Exploration project management is an important guarantee for the modem oil and gas exploration engineering projects, The standardization of exploration project management is an effective approach for raising the overall management levels and economic benefit. This article focuses on the unique management model of parallel matrix and multi-level target responsibility system of Huabei oil field in aspects of exploration project establishment, project responsibility definition, project organizational structure and project appraisal system, project management procedures and the relationship between the project and the existing administrative units of the exploration system. The concept of taking the early-stage well location study and the full-length detailed management of exploration engineering as the core of project management can be used as referrence in other mature exploration areas for their exploration project management.
