两种不同方案^(99)Tc-MDP治疗浸润性突眼的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨两种不同方案^(99)锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐(云克)对Graves病引起的浸润性突眼的治疗效果对比。方法对90例确诊Graves病经治疗后甲亢治愈但仍有突眼的患者分为轻度、中度、重度突眼组别,每组随机分为^(99)Tc-MDP长疗程治疗组和短疗程治疗组。经五疗程(5月)后观察其眼部变化。结果 ^(99)Tc-MDP对浸润性突眼治疗效果显著,且轻、中、重度各突眼组长疗程^(99)Tc-MDP治疗对减轻眼部炎症效果比短疗程更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 ^(99)Tc-MDP治疗浸润性突眼较好且安全;长疗程^(99)Tc-MDP治疗对减轻眼部炎症更为有效。Objective To compare the curative effects of two different solutions with 99technetium-methylene diphosphonate （99Tc-MDP） on infiltrative exophthalmus caused by Graves disease. Methods 90 cases of patients who were diagnosed as Graves disease and had exophthalmus after treatment were divided into mild, middle and severe groups according to the severity of exophthalmus. And each group was randomly divided into long-term and short-term treatment groups. After 5 courses（5 months）, eye changes were observed. Result 99Tc-MDP has significant curative effects on infiltrative exophthalmus, and long-term treatment has more obvious effects than short-term treatments in mild, middle and severe groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion 99Tc-MDP is effective and safe for infiltrative exophthalmus, while long-term treatment with 99Tc-MDP is more effective to relieve eye inflammation.
