不同信息环境下记者寻租现象的演化:一种博弈分析

摘　　要：本文界定的"记者寻租"是指记者以获利为目的,利用手中的新闻报道权为团体或个人谋求利益,对社会没有益处甚至造成损害的一种直接非生产性寻利活动。本文尝试使用博弈分析方法研究记者个体的"新闻寻租"行为。我们考察了不同信息环境背景下,记者、行贿者和监管者的动因与策略。通过建模和求均衡解,本文提出了防范记者"新闻寻租"行为的一些可行方法。The definition of ＂journalist rent-seeking＂ in this article refers to a kind of direct non-productive profit-seeking activities that journalists seek to profit for groups or individuals without benefit or even harm to society by using the right of news reporting in their hands. This paper attempts to use the game analysis method to study journalists＇ ＂news rent-seeking＂ behavior. We examine the causes and strategies of journalists, bribery and regulators in the context of different information environments. By modeling and seeking the equilibrium solution, this paper puts forward some feasible ways to prevent journalists＇ ＂rent seeking＂ behavior.
