摘 要:目的比较二氧化碳诱蚊灯法和栖息蚊虫捕捉法捕获成蚊的差异,探索两种方法在成蚊监测中的作用。方法 2014年5-10月在四川双流国际机场范围内4种生境,采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯法和栖息蚊虫捕捉法进行成蚊监测调查。结果二氧化碳诱蚊灯法捕获成蚊225只,其中雌蚊214只,占95.11%;栖息蚊虫捕捉法捕获成蚊322只,其中雌蚊282只,占87.58%。统计分析显示,两种方法捕获的致倦库蚊雌蚊、三带喙库蚊雌蚊、白纹伊蚊雌蚊数量差异没有统计学意义。两种方法在机场住宿区、候机楼入境关口、国际货站货运区捕获蚊类数量差异没有统计学意义,而在污水处理厂办公区捕获蚊类数量差异有统计学意义。从捕获成蚊种类来看,二氧化碳诱蚊灯法没有捕获骚扰阿蚊、中华按蚊等当地稀少种类。两种监测方法监测的蚊虫季节消长趋势基本一致。结论二氧化碳诱蚊灯法比栖息蚊虫捕捉法更稳定,更适用于监测;在本底调查时,应采用多种方法,互相配合。Objective To compare the mosquito trapping effect of carbon dioxide lamp trapping and perched mosquito capture method,and to explore the application of two methods in mosquito surveillance and investigation. Methods The carbon dioxide lamp trapping and perched mosquito capture methods were used in the different habitats of the Shuangliu International Airport from May to October,2014. Results A total of 225 adult mosquitoes had been captured by the carbon dioxide lamp trapping method including 214 females(95.11%) and 322 adult mosquitoes had been captured by the perched mosquito capture method including 282 females(87.58%). It was showed that the number of female Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus,Culex tritaeniorhynchus,and Aedes albopictus captured by the two methods had no significant difference. In different habitats,the mosquito populations captured by two methods at accommodation area,airport terminal entry and international cargo freight area had no significant difference,however,the population at sewage treatment office had significant difference by statistical analysis. In view of mosquito species,the local rare species,Armigeres subalbatus and Anopheles sinensis,had not been captured by the carbon dioxide lamp trapping method. The two methods had shown the similar seasonal fluctuation. Conclusion Carbon dioxide lamp trapping method was more stable than perched mosquito capture method,and was recommended in surveillance. It would be more conducive to clear into the mosquito population by more methods in investigation.
