摘　　要：目的调查分析肺癌患者靶向治疗期间健康教育内容的需求情况。方法选择2015年1—12月在同济大学附属上海市肺科医院首次接受靶向治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者85例,在出院前发放自制调查问卷,调查患者对靶向治疗期间健康教育内容的相关需求。结果患者对靶向治疗期间健康教育的认知不足。患者在治疗前对治疗效果、治疗期间对营养与饮食指导、医护相关信息方面并发症护理和监测方法的相关内容需求较为突出;患者期望获得的出院后健康教育的方式和种类多样,主要包括阅读健康教育手册、医护单独宣教和专家授课等。结论通过健康教育内容需求的调查,可为肺癌靶向治疗患者提供个性化的健康教育,促使其有效配合治疗,提高用药安全与疗效。Objective To investigate the health education demands of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer during targeted therapy. Methods A total of 85 non-small cell lung cancer cases treated with targeted therapy in Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Tongji University from January to December 2015 were enrolled. After obtaining the informed consent from patients, the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the health education demands of the patients regarding targeted therapy. Results The patients were lack of the congnition of health education about targeted therapy, with high demands especially in the aspects of therapeutic effect, diet and nutrition guidance during therapy, nursing and monitoring methods of complications. They desired for more comprehensive and rich health education mainly including reading health education handbook, individual medical education, expert instruction, etc. Conclusion The demand survey could provide targeted and rich health education for non-small cell lung cancer patients with targeted therapy, and improve the patient satisfaction.
