改造莫氏锥柄钻夹头工艺研究

摘　　要：热轧钢板由于受其工艺因素的制约,钢板表面大多会存在一定的缺陷,其中有一部分缺陷要用人工手持角磨机进行打磨作业。然而该打磨方式环境恶劣,打磨成本居高不下、劳动效率低下。文章针对这一问题,模拟角磨机工作原理针对钻铣床的莫氏锥柄钻夹头进行改造,以供参考。Hot rolled steel plate dues to the constraints of its process factors, there will be some defects on most surface of the steel plate, a part of the defects needs to carry on manual hand-held angle grinder for grinding operations. However, the grinding method is faced with problems of harsh environment, high cost and low labor efficiency. Aiming at this problem, according to simulation of angle grinder working principle, Morse taper shank drill chuck is reformed to provide a reference.
