摘　　要：基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW,文章介绍了一种通过硬件与软件搭建建立永磁直流有刷电机噪声的测试系统,对电机运行时产生的噪声进行实时监控。该测试系统主要进行噪声信号的采集、波形的处理、特征量的提取、频谱的分析、数据的存储等,对噪声频谱分析初步判断出电机故障范围。Based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW, this paper introduced a kind of test system through the hardware and software to build a permanent magnet DC brush motor noise, which carries on real-time monitoring of the running noise. The test system is mainly for noise signal acquisition, waveform processing, characteristics extraction, spectrum analysis, data storage, etc., and analyzes the noise spectrum, to make a preliminary judgment out of the scope of motor fault.
