摘  要:目的探讨低辐射剂量数字化X线摄影(DR)在尘肺病患者胸部检查中的应用价值。方法对我院接受诊断与治疗的24例尘肺病患者进行了低剂量DR和常规剂量DR检查,并比较两种检查剂量的图片质量。结果常规剂量组和低剂量组所用曝光剂量不同,但是患者在第一前肋间、第二前肋间、第三前肋间、第四前肋间、肺肝重叠区、背景区等6个区域的DR照片密度值比较无明显差异(t=1.54、1.52、1.76、1.98、0.56、1.92,P>0.05)。这表明低剂量DR胸片质量与常规剂量比较无明显差异,可以达到有效诊断的效果。结论在尘肺病患者胸部检查中虽然降低了数字化X线摄影的曝光量,但是对DR胸片质量无明显影响,可以获得与常规剂量胸部数字化X线摄影相同的诊断效果。Objective To explore the application value of digital radiography with low radiation dose in chest examination on patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods 24 patients with pneumoconiosis, who were accepted the diagnosis and treatment in Xingtai City Peoples Hospital from January, 2015 to December, 2015, underwent the examination of low dose DR and conventional dose DR and, meanwhile, the picture quality obtained by the two methods with different doses was compared in this work. Restilts The exposure dose in the conventional dose group and low dose group was different. However, the value of DR image density in six zones, i. e. , the first intercostal space, the second anterior intercostal space, the third intercostal space, the fourth anterior intercostal space, the overlapping area of liver and lung, background area of DR had no significant difference ( t = 1.54, 1.52, 1.76, 1.98, 0.56, 1.92, P 〉 0.05). These resuhs showed that the picture quality from low dose DR and conventional dose DR was not significant different. Conclusion In the chest examinatiort, while reducing'exposure dose of the digital radiography, there was no obvious effect on the image quality of DR, indicating that both of those two method can get the same diagnostic effects.
