摘　　要：水资源评价是对某一地区或流域水资源的质量、数量及时空分布特征的分析估价,是水资源合理开发利用和水资源管理的重要依据,对我国水资源开发利用及水利工程建设具有十分重要的作用。而水资源演变规律是指水资源年内变化规律及水资源长时期的演变规律,通过对水资源演变规律的研究,可以为水文工作顺利开展提供科学的理论依据,水资源综合评价和水资源演变规律研究也是我国水利水文单位工作的重点。从水资源影响因素出发,对水资源综合评价和水资源演变规律进行深入的研究。Water resources evaluation is an analysis and evaluation of the quality,quantity,spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in a certain region or river basin. It is an important basis for the rational exploitation and utilization of water resources and the management of water resources in China. The evolution law of water resources refers to the variation law of water resources over a long period of time. The study of water resources evolution can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the hydrological work,and comprehensive evaluation as well as evolution regularity research of water resources are also the focus of water conservancy work. Based on the influence factors of water resources,the comprehensive evaluation of water resources and the law evolution of water resources are deeply studied.
