摘　　要：本文在"互联网+"背景下,针对电子政务人才的需求,提出了基于Weh技术下的电子政务行政审批模拟系统的开发,重点分析了电子政务行政审批的具体流程设计,根据教学的需要,对各类审批模块进行了分解,并简单的介绍了生育收养审批模块的具体设计过程。Considering E-government for talent demand in the ＂Internet plus＂ background,Put forward the development of e-government administrative examination and approval of simulation system based on the web technology, all kinds of examination and approval module is analyzed, and briefly introduces the design process of the examination and approval module of fertility adoption
