鸡鸣散治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察鸡鸣散治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效。方法：将56例特发性水肿患者随机平均分成两组,治疗组给予鸡鸣散,对照组予双氢克尿噻及安体舒通。两组均7 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息3~5 d,2个疗程后观察近期疗效,随访4个月观察远期疗效。结果：治疗组近期总有效率89.3%,对照组总有效率82.1%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组远期总有效率78.6%,对照组总有效率57.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经过治疗后,治疗组中疲劳、头晕、心慌及消化不良的积分均较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）;对照组中疲劳及头晕的积分较治疗前下降（P〈0.05）。治疗2个疗程时与对照组相比,治疗组心慌（胸闷）积分下降（P〈0.05）;治疗4月时与对照组相比,治疗组疲劳、头晕、心慌（胸闷）及消化不良积分下降（P〈0.05）。结论：鸡鸣散治疗特发性水肿的临床疗效好,复发率低,并且可以明显改善特发性水肿伴发的其他症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Jiming powder on treating idiopathic edema. Methods： 56 cases of idiopathic edema were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treated group was treated with Jiming powder,the control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide and Spironolactone. Both groups had two courses of treatment,each course last 7 days with 3- 5 days rest between two courses. The recent and long- term curative effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment and 4 months following respectively. Results： The total recently efficiency in the treated and control group was 89. 3% and 82. 1%,there are no difference between 2 groups（ P〉0. 05）. The total long- term efficiency in the treated and control group was 78. 6% and 57. 1% separately,the2 groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the score of fatigue,dizzy,palpitation and dyspepsia decreased in treated group（ P〈0. 05）; the score of fatigue and dizzy decreased in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared to the control group,in treated group,the score of palpitation was lower after treated for 2 courses and the score of fatigue,dizzy,palpitation was lower after treated for 4 months（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The Jiming powder was effect in treating idiopathic edema with low recurrent rate and improving the associated symptoms.
