复方甘草酸苷片致女童乳腺发育

摘　　要：1例5岁女童因斑秃口服复方甘草酸苷片（1片、3次/d），用药2周后发现双侧乳头下可触及直径为2 cm硬结，乳腺超声检查示乳腺组织增生。停用复方甘草酸苷片。停药后1个月复诊，增生乳腺组织缩小50％；2个月复诊，增生乳腺组织消退。A 5-year-old young girl with pelada received compound glycyrrhizin tablets（ 1 tablet, three times daily）. Two weeks after taking the medicine,2 geloses with diameter of 2 cm appeared on her bilateral nipple, respectively. The result of breast ultrasound showed hyperplasia of mammary glands. Compound glycyrrhizin tablets were stopped. The result of return visit one month later showed that the hyperplasia of mammary glands were reduced by 50%. The result of return visit two months later showed that the hyperplasia of mammary glands disappeared.
