摘　　要：债券融资是重要的直接融资工具,公司债券市场是印度资本市场的重要组成部分,该文主要对印度公司债券特征进行归纳并剖析产生原因,有助于我们对印度公司债券市场理解,也会对我国投资印度公司债券市场有所助益。Bond financing is an important tool of direct financing,and corporate bond market is an important part of the Indian capital market.This paper mainly has summarizes the characteristics of Indian corporate bond and analyzes the causes.which will help us to understand Indian corporate bond market and is helpful to China's investment in corporate bond markets in India.
