摘  要:目的:了解育龄人群对免费计划生育药具产品及其相关服务的感知质量现状。方法:采用整群抽样方法,对220名≥20岁育龄群众进行现场有效问卷调查;用统计软件SPSS22.0进行统计分析。结果:不同性别的调查对象对免费避孕套的规格、厚度、润滑性、颜色,免费药具的宣传到位性、领取方便性、领取时隐私保护性等7个测项感知质量的评价有统计学差异(均P<0.05))。结论:性别可能是影响育龄人群对免费计划生育药具感知质量评价的重要因素;本研究结果存在一定局限性,需进一步研究提供更多的依据。Objective.. To understand the current situation of the Customer Perceived Quality of products and related services of free contraceptives oF people at childbearing age. Method: 220 people at childbearing age were included in the survey through a cluster sample. All of them were equal or over 20 years old and they answered the questionnaire by on-site survey. SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis. Result.. 7 evaluation indicators of Customer Perceived Quality ,which included size, thick, lubricity, color, publicity, accessibility, and privacy protection were significant different between different gender customers. Conclusion.. Customer perceived quality has been an essential basis for the selection of free contraceptives. The gender is likely to be the important factor affecting perceives quality evaluation. The result of this study has a certain reference value for the similar studies and related decisions, but more relative study should be conducted and to provide more evidence in the further.
