摘　　要：为了简化FDM快速成形机的控制系统,降低FDM快速成形机的制造成本,提出了一种基于Raspberry Pi(树莓派)单板电脑的FDM快速成形机位置控制系统。该系统以单板电脑为控制核心,以Debian Linux为操作系统,通过Python语言编程控制,实现对FDM快速成形机的x-y轴联动和z轴运动控制;利用接入以太网的Raspberry Pi,实现了对FDM快速成形机的远程登录、文件传输以及实时监控。该控制系统大大降低了FDM快速成形机的成本,且具备远程操作功能,有利于FDM快速成形机进入大众市场。Aiming at simplifying the control system of fused deposition modeling （FDM） machine,reducing the cost of FDM machine, the control system of FDM machine based on Raspberry Pi is presented. The system with Raspberry Pi as the control core, Debian Linux as the operation system, which achieves that the projective control of mask image and the lifting motion of platform by using Python program ; remote login and real-time monitoring to FDM machine come true through utilizing the Raspberry Pi of accessing internet. This control system reduces the space us- age and the cost of FDM machine largely, and provided with the function of remote operation which benefits FDM ma- chine to enter the mass market.
