摘　　要：为解决红山嘴油田稠油污水含污油密度大、粘度高、乳化严重及水温高等问题 ,红浅稠油处理站建成了一套 4 0 0m3 /h的稠油污水处理装置。投入运行后 ,机组能将进口污水含油≤ 2 0 0 0mg/L、悬浮物≤ 2 0 0mg/L ,处理为装置总出口污水含油≤ 10mg/L、悬浮物≤ 5mg/L ,达到了国家污水排放标准。该装置具有运行平稳、高效、费用较低等特点 。To solve the problem of heavy oil sewage, which is highly dense and viscous, severely emulsified and high in temperature, a set of sewage treatment installation of 400 m\+3/h has been built for Hongshanzui shallow heavy oil. After putting into use, oil content and suspended matter in sewage have changed from ≤2 000 mg/L and ≤200 mg/L respectively to ≤10 mg/L and ≤5 mg/L, which meet national standard of drainage. This installation is stably operated, highly effective, and low cost. It is a successful technique of heavy oil sewage treatment.
